Kensington has been our home for over 40 years. I spent my career helping local businesses solve tough problems. What I learned is that the best solutions start with really listening. What I hear from neighbors is that the costs of groceries, gas, and healthcare are crushing families. I’m running for the State House to lower your everyday expenses and to put Kensington and Hampton Falls families first.

Concord has been picking our pocket for too long. As a Kensington Elementary School Board member (and taxpayer) I see firsthand the effects of our state underfunding public schools as well as the impact of other legislation which puts an unfair burden on town government and ultimately our property tax bills. I will fight to restore funding from the state and lower your taxes.

I will always support legislation that matters most to working families, focusing on solutions for workforce housing, child care, and energy costs—plus helping our most vulnerable with access to quality, affordable health care.

Close to 90% of our kids in New Hampshire go to public schools. It is imperative for New Hampshire to provide the best for our students. They are our State’s future. I also will oppose any legislation mandating how and what teachers teach, including book bans. These are local issues.

The best decisions for our towns are made locally, not in Concord. I will defend community driven decisions .

We moved to Kensington for it’s natural beauty. I will be vigilant in defending our State and our towns from encroachment to our aquifers, promote responsible land use, and support a statewide moratorium on AI data center development.
Meet Wendy
Wendy Larson is a longtime Kensington resident and proud Granite Stater dedicated to serving her community. A graduate of Portsmouth High School and the University of New Hampshire, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Wendy built a successful career spanning more than 40 years in marketing and sales, helping New Hampshire businesses grow and thrive.
Following her retirement, Wendy has continued her commitment to public service. She currently serves on the Kensington School Board, is Treasurer of the Kensington Historical Society, and volunteers with the Exeter-area Special Olympics pickleball program.
Wendy believes strong communities are built through service, collaboration, and responsible leadership. She is committed to ensuring New Hampshire remains a place where families, seniors, and future generations can succeed.
